What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We deliver nationwide with the help of Fedex and other third parties such as uber, yango etc. Delivery can take up to 3 working days depending on the location of the recipient and time/day of order. We provide same day delivery and also allow for pick ups.

Kindly note that expedited delivery (Same day) within Greater Accra may differ from our flat rate charges depending on the location. We shall share a quote with you if it exceeds our flat charges and deliver after payment is made.

We do not offer same day delivery outside Greater Accra

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we can, depending on the item being ordered and on condition that you accept the charges of the delivery company. Kindly contact us for enquiries

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders are processed and sent out within 24 to 72 hours after payment.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply order directly on the website or contact us via WhatsApp to place your order. To order online, identify the interested product/s, add to cart and proceed to check out. You will receive an order confirmation email from us after a successful transaction.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All orders including personalised/custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed except it happens before processing the order. Kindly contact us for clarifications before placing your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t but an account can help in keeping track of all your orders on our site. 

How Do I Track My Order?

We currently do not have an online tracking system since we use third parties for your deliveries. However, we can share tracking details via whatsapp when necessary.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective which is unlikely. If such happens kindly call us immediately with evidence to report or/and return the item (at your own cost) to Lotus Gallery (follow the google map direction).

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or call within 24hours whether you are entitled to a refund/ replacement or not.
