Nose: Strong and warm with black berries and licorice
Palate: Generous, sustained by rich and melted tannins. Pleasant fullness and smoothness sensation.

domain covers 30 ha. Of which 22 ha, in AOC Cairanne and 2 ha. Plan de Dieu and the rest in Cotes du Rhone.
The domaine is named after a nymph that holds the secret of growing grapes.
