Viva Corsica Rose
Grapes harvested at perfect maturity, destemmed, crushed, macerated for a few hours and gently pressed
. And another part is obtained by direct pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature (17 – 18° C). Wine quickly racked, filtered and bottled at
the property.
Rosé wine that can be enjoyed with Corsican charcuterie, salads, fish, Mediterranean cuisine
or as an aperitif.
