Returns
As we are providing a gifting service, we currently do not accept returns except the product is damaged or defective (which is highly unlikely as we examine our packages before sending them out), in which case it must be returned within 24 hours
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Rejected gifts must be sent back to the buyer at the recipients own cost.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [info@lotusgallery.com.gh] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., damaged, used, or outside the return window), we will notify you by email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [info@lotusgallery.com.gh] with photos and order details. We’ll communicate the appropriate action by phone or mail.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges as we are a gift service provider.
