Domaine De La Baume Les maries Sauvignon Blanc

Harvested selectively from plots at night to preserve the aromas of the matured grapes. Pressed and fermented on lees for one month in stainless-steel vats at low temperatures.

Green gold colour with a great depth, clear and bright. This wine has pleasant aromatic lime and grapefruit notes  with a surprising persistence. Lime and verbena aromas blended with a soft freshness.
