Tasting note
View: straw yellow, bright clean, with light green shades. Intense bubble, small size and vertical and regular detachment, forming crown.
Nose: good aromatic intensity, very fresh preserving fruit notes typical of the variety.
Mouth: good structure in the mouth, wide, alive and with very good acidity. The retronasal sensations are clean, fresh and persistent.
Variety
Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel-lo, the three grapes par excellence of the cavas.
Pairing
We recommend to serve very cold, between 4 and 6ºC.
It is recommended to taste it throughout the meal as it is a complex cava. It is ideal to accompany all types of fish, smoked and rice.
