Viva Corsica Rose
Grapes harvested at perfect maturity, destemmed, crushed, macerated for a few hours and gently pressed
. And another part is obtained by direct pressing.
Fermentation at low temperature (17 – 18° C). Wine quickly racked, filtered and bottled at
the property.
Rosé wine that can be enjoyed with Corsican charcuterie, salads, fish, Mediterranean cuisine
or as an aperitif.

Tasting notes Color: Clear, light pink, slightly orange, limpid and bright.
Nose: Very expressive and fruity (red fruits, blackberry), spicy notes.
Palate: Very round, fat and structured wine, beautiful liveliness, fruity, lots of substance.
